What we collect
When you buy a license, checkout is handled by Stripe. Stripe collects your name, email address, and payment details; we receive your name, email, and a record of the purchase. We never see your full card or bank account numbers. Stripe's own privacy policy covers how they handle payment data.
If you email us for support or refunds, we keep the correspondence. That's it — this site itself sets no cookies and runs no analytics or trackers.
What the software collects
The SleepyEye software runs on a computer. It does not send us your API credentials.
How we use your information
We use your name, email, and purchase record to deliver the software, send updates, handle support and refunds, and — rarely — to notify you of material changes to our terms. We don't sell your information or share it with anyone except Stripe (to process payments) and providers strictly necessary to deliver those things, and we don't send marketing emails.
How long we keep it
We keep purchase records for as long as we're required to for tax and accounting purposes, and support correspondence for as long as it's useful for supporting you.
Your choices
Want to know what we have, or want it deleted? Email info@darkcent.org and we'll take care of it, subject to records we're legally required to keep.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we'll email you before the change takes effect.
